Information used by the service

We process the account name, email, authentication identifiers and optional avatar you provide; prompts, reference images, generation settings and results; credit transactions, order and subscription records; and support messages. Authentication cookies and browser storage maintain your session, preferences and creation drafts. Technical request information may be used for rate limiting and troubleshooting.

Why information is processed

This information allows us to authenticate users, execute generation requests, deliver and track results, maintain credit balances, handle payments and answer support requests. Optional analytics, social sign-in or payment services operate only when configured for this site.

Referral information and analytics

First-visit campaign parameters and the external referring origin may be kept in first-party cookies for 30 days and connected to your account when you register. A first-visit marker keeps later campaigns from filling missing fields in an earlier visit. New referrer cookies omit query strings and conversation paths. Direct or unrecognized sources remain unknown.

When analytics is configured, referral events use source categories and public landing-page paths. These referral event properties do not contain your email, prompts, media, order identifiers or ChatGPT conversation links. Tab-scoped browser storage distinguishes visits with a 30-minute inactivity window and remembers which referral events have already been reported. Closing the tab removes that storage. Browser-observed events and server-side task and payment records are measured separately.

Referral events follow your analytics consent choice where consent is required. An explicit rejection also prevents new first-visit source cookies. Existing records are not automatically deleted by changing a cookie preference; contact support to request removal of account-linked information. The configured analytics service may process separate pageview data under its own settings and notice.

AI, storage and payment providers

When a real generation service is enabled, prompts and reference assets are sent to the configured AI provider to perform the task. Media may be stored by that provider or the configured storage service. Payment details are processed by the selected payment provider; the application stores transaction references and payment status rather than full card numbers. Provider processing and retention also follow the provider's own terms and notices.

Creation visibility

New creations default to private in the interface. Private records are available through the owning account and are not intentionally listed in a public gallery. This visibility setting does not encrypt a media file or turn a provider's public media URL into a private URL. Anyone given a directly accessible file link may be able to open that file. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material unless the chosen provider and storage arrangements meet your requirements.

Retention and deletion

Account, task, billing and support records are kept as needed to operate the service, investigate issues and meet applicable obligations. Removing a work from your library hides its task record from your library; it does not promise immediate deletion of every file held by an external provider. Download results you wish to retain. Contact support for account deletion, broader data removal or questions about a particular file.

Your requests

You can edit your display name in account settings. To request access, correction, export or deletion of other account information, submit a request through Contact us. We may ask you to verify control of the account before processing the request. Available rights depend on the rules applicable to your circumstances.

Security and changes

We use account access checks and restricted administrative operations to protect application records. No storage or transmission system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
