Turn a Still Image into a Video: A Studio Workflow
Prepare a reference image, describe its movement, check supported video settings and review your saved result.
Image to Video starts with a still image and a description of how the scene should move. You can use an image you are authorized to upload or send a completed image from your own creation history into the video workspace.
Prepare an image for your video
Open Make Videos, select Image to Video and add the reference. Check the format and file-size guidance beside the uploader. A model may require a first frame or support different reference options; follow the controls shown for your selection.
A reference guides the request. It does not guarantee that every detail, face or object will remain unchanged in the generated video.
This guide describes the workflow, rather than a verified Uyo generation case. Public reference previews illustrate a direction; they are not evidence of a result made from your own image. Generation requires an account and enough credits.
Describe one movement at a time
Write what should happen over the clip. For a product image, try a slow camera orbit while the product stays centered. For a landscape, try a gentle camera push toward the horizon and drifting clouds. These are prompt ideas, not promises of particular model behavior.
Select a supported duration, quality and aspect ratio. Review the estimated credits and your balance before submitting. Avoid repeatedly generating the same request while its task is pending.
Understand the cost before you submit
Use the current task-cost examples to compare a named model and settings with a credit pack. The table distinguishes the minimum pack purchase from the value allocated to a task. A small allocated amount is not a separate cash checkout, and a pack does not guarantee a fixed number of satisfactory videos.
The model and usage conditions list the settings offered in the general studio. Dedicated tools may offer different lengths and costs. Confirm the active provider and applicable model terms before commercial use; buying credits does not by itself establish every usage right. Downloading the original output does not guarantee the absence of a provider watermark or content credentials.
Review and keep your result
Find the task in My Creations. Once a result is available, watch it for unexpected motion or visual artifacts before downloading or publishing. Keep a local copy of a video you need for a project.
For a product shot, compare the label, logo, shape and small print with your input image. Watch the whole clip for details that change between frames. For a campaign, check whether you still need an ad script, licensed music, captions or a call-to-action edit: the video-generation workflow does not promise a complete finished advertisement.
If a task fails, check its status and credit history. Send the task number through Contact Us if you need help tracing a charge or result.
Common questions
Can I start without a reference image?
Use the Text to Video mode when you only have a description. Image to Video requires the reference expected by the selected model.
Is a longer video always available?
No. Available durations depend on the model and the options currently offered in the workspace.
Does cancellation request a payment refund?
Stopping a renewal and requesting a monetary refund are different actions. Read the Refund Policy for billing reviews, and check the individual task when a generation fails.
