Portraits you may use

Use a portrait of yourself or another adult who has agreed to this use. The person should be at least 18. Do not upload children, public figures, celebrities or footballers. Do not impersonate someone or mislead people about what they actually did.

Prohibited requests

Do not upload or request sexual content, graphic injury, hateful abuse, non-consensual imagery, illegal content, or material that infringes another person's rights. Avoid club crests, official uniforms and copyrighted broadcast graphics in your portrait.

Generated output

This feature is an AI effect. Review the clip before publishing, obtain the subject's permission, and follow the platform's AI labeling rules. Do not present the clip as evidence of a real match or imply endorsement by a player, club or broadcaster.

Provider review

Portraits go through the video provider's asset review before generation. A rejected portrait does not proceed to the video step and its consumed credits are restored. The provider may apply additional content restrictions.

Reporting a problem

Use Contact support to report a generation. Include its ID, approximate time and a short explanation of the issue. Do not attach illegal imagery; describe the concern and provide a way to identify the saved request.

Review and action

We may restrict access to reported material, request clarification, or limit an account that misuses this service. Reports and billing issues are reviewed on the facts of the request. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
